AT&T T-Mobile deal crash: Let 2012 be a year we think Different, not just Big

So this AT&T and T-Mobile thing is off. It is not surprising. Just like the futile efforts to re-boot SAAB in my native Sweden, the writing was on the wall. Somehow the people involved became prisoners in their own reality distortion field.

Both these deal crashes are signs of old school thinking. Let’s hope we’ll see less of this in 2012 and the true innovators build new businesses and partnership constellations that are more sustainable.
