When I am not developing my own crazy ideas I work with other teams. When I do that  it is your needs that drive the role and type of work I undertake. Below you see the palette we work from together to define the engagement.

Business development

You need to develop your business through new service offerings, markets or distribution channels. Market entry and new distribution networks are projects I am particularly strong in. I usually engage in projects where I lead you and your team from initial analysis to execution.

Sales management

You need to manage all or a certain part of your sales efforts. I take on the role of temporary sales manager for your team or as key account executive. My current network in the mobile and digital space is an extra asset in these projects.

Product development

You need to create new offerings or re-model existing ones. I manage the entire product development and marketing cycle with you and your team.

Turn-around situations

You are a business owner or major investor who needs assistance in turning around a business unit. I join your team to drive analysis and execution of the turn-around.

Types of engagements

You can engage me in various forms. In the end the project specifics and the setting will decide the ultimate form of engagement.

Typically I take on one of the following roles:

  • Management: Interim management, specific project or time frame. Help during expansion
  • Consultant: Analyse, define and execute plan
  • Business partner: Run a business in partnership with client. Revenue sharing, equity stake
